SGA Control Services Ltd offer bespoke HMI upgrades.

⃝ Designed using Rockwell software but they will be capable of connecting to any PLC system.

⃝ HMIs will be totally bespoke and can cater for large projects or smaller single unit installations.

⃝ SGA Controls are happy to quote and design the smaller HMI that larger companies may not be interested in quoting for and will do

so at highly competitive rate.

⃝ Pricing will be on a per day basis with the expectation to build a 25 screen bespoke HMI in 15 days maximum.

Fixed price quotes are also available.

⃝ We design / build our HMIs using Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE

⃝ HMIs would be supplied as PC based with single / multiple screens (touchscreen or standard monitor option)

*PanelView type HMIs available as option.

⃝ Consultations to discuss requirements free of charge over MS Teams or Zoom.

⃝ All HMIs would be bespoke to customer requirement offering :-

- Custom designed pages with bespoke graphical icons if required

- Live / Historical trending

- Historical event / data logging

- Alarm / Shutdown display and historical logging

- Display only or 2 way control options to PLC

- Security access levels available to restrict access to control functionality as required

⃝ Installation / commissioning services are available, these will be priced on request as initially will be using a third party contractor.

⃝ HMI can be supplied on standard PC, IEC 62443-3 Compliant PC or as an application to be installed on your own hardware.

⃝ HMIs designed by Controls / rotating Equipment Engineer with 30+ years experience in the oil and gas industry.
